Better penile circulation?

hey y’all. I’ve been more of a spectator for the most part but now I have a question. (Woohoo) forgive me if it’s in the wrong category.
I’m 23, athletic, active guy.

So My questions is more so regarding penile flood flow or relaxation. So let’s set a scene!

I’m at home, it’s warm, I’m relaxed, my dick hangs nicely. Same with my balls.
I go outside, and of course on colder days my dick and balls turtles due to the cold. That’s fair.

But in another situation. Let’s say, I go to the gym. Body temp is up there due to a workout. Weights. Cardio. Whatever. I understand weights require more blood flow, which could result in “turtling” but even after workouts, Hours later, It still feels like I’m not fully relaxed or my dick is not fully relaxed.

I find that when I shower in the morning, the rest of my day, my dick seems to have better blood flow. Days where I don’t shower right in the morning, it feels like I’m blood flow has been stunted for the day. Or turtles for the most part. Hard to explain. It feels like It’s a cold day, even if I’ve been warm. I’ve had days where it’s cold out, but dick is nice and warm, and full/plump/hanging. I’d prefer that everyday. Lol

But my question is: how can I improve blood flow throughout the day, so my dick is always hanging? Or always feels like it’s got good circulation. You guys recommend supps? Maybe it’s my sleeping patterns? Diet is pretty good for the most part. I know it’s a Weird question but whatever lol. Maybe I’ll move to somewhere warmer lol.

Given that the dick and balls move either closer to the body when cold or lower from the body when hot. Is simply because the testicles produce sperm.

The scrotum will move on it's on because it's keeping the sperm it's producing at an optimum temp. A few degrees lower than body temp. We have what called a dartos muscle that raises and lowers the scrotum.

The dick will move and "turtle" as blood flows in and out of the penis. This is all perfectly normal. The more blood that enters the penis the more it will lengthen until it it's fully erect.

Same goes for when the blood is needed in your muscles during and after your workout. Since weight lifting requires more oxygen go to your muscles more blood flow is needed in your muscles.

Lifting weights still requires extra blood travel to your muscles part workout in order to heal the tears that make your muscles bigger.

Likewise when you're feeling heavy there is more blood flowing into your penis than is following out. Not exactly like when you get an erection the blood flows in and stays in to make your dick rigid.

This is a simple explanation to answer your question. Hope it gives you some answers.

Hey man thanks for the reply. I completely understand. I guess it really depends on the person huh? Like as an example I went into the change room and some guy who was done his workout was changing, took his boxers off but even though his dick wasn’t massive it was still “relaxed” looking. Or floppy lmao.

Was just wondering if there were things that could improve “heavier” feeling in a day to day basis. Or if there were things that could promote that more often.

That's pretty common for most guys. A few are true showers and hang big all the time. The rest of us are prone to the same issues you have. Normally the brain tells the body where to send the blood. The more vital the organ the more blood it gets . Like on a cold day or after exercise, the blood is needed more in other areas of the body. Unless you are getting ready to procreate, the penis hanging is not a priority.
I had open heart surgery in 2016. I couldn't hardly get my dick in urinal it was drawn up so bad. Never had it do it that bad before. Thank God it resolved itself.
