hey y’all. I’ve been more of a spectator for the most part but now I have a question. (Woohoo) forgive me if it’s in the wrong category.
I’m 23, athletic, active guy.
So My questions is more so regarding penile flood flow or relaxation. So let’s set a scene!
I’m at home, it’s warm, I’m relaxed, my dick hangs nicely. Same with my balls.
I go outside, and of course on colder days my dick and balls turtles due to the cold. That’s fair.
But in another situation. Let’s say, I go to the gym. Body temp is up there due to a workout. Weights. Cardio. Whatever. I understand weights require more blood flow, which could result in “turtling” but even after workouts, Hours later, It still feels like I’m not fully relaxed or my dick is not fully relaxed.
I find that when I shower in the morning, the rest of my day, my dick seems to have better blood flow. Days where I don’t shower right in the morning, it feels like I’m blood flow has been stunted for the day. Or turtles for the most part. Hard to explain. It feels like It’s a cold day, even if I’ve been warm. I’ve had days where it’s cold out, but dick is nice and warm, and full/plump/hanging. I’d prefer that everyday. Lol
But my question is: how can I improve blood flow throughout the day, so my dick is always hanging? Or always feels like it’s got good circulation. You guys recommend supps? Maybe it’s my sleeping patterns? Diet is pretty good for the most part. I know it’s a Weird question but whatever lol. Maybe I’ll move to somewhere warmer lol.
