    Tuesday- Kegal, Towel Exercises
    Wednesday- Warm up, 100 jelq, squeezes, 100 half jelq
    Thursday-Kegal, Towel Exercises
    Friday- Day off
    Saturday- Warm up, 100 jelqs, squeezes


    Week 2
    Sunday- Day off
    Monday- Warm up, 110 jelq, squeezes
    Tuesday- Kegal, Towel Exercises
    Wednesday- Warm up, 110 jelq, squeezes, 110 half jelq
    Thursday-Kegal, Towel Exercises
    Friday- Day off
    Saturday- Warm up, 110 jelqs, squeezes


    Week 3
    Sunday- Day off

    If with half jelq you mean mini jelqs its fine. Except one thing. NO squeezes if this is your starting schedule.

    Really really bad idea to start with squeezes man, wait at least 6 weeks before you do squeezes.

    i've been doing it on and off for about 2 years.. just never really stuck with it and took breaks

    im lookin to gain maybe a inch or 2 in length and a inch in girth

    You should be doing a more advanced routine with some kind of progression sequence. I'd recommend a format like:

    Warm up > girth > length > stamina work > warm downs

    big al what are your stats?

    where were you when you first started and when you finished PE?

    and i would like to no more on what kind of exercises i can do for my "progression"

    big al do you work out at gym?? like weight lifting and have like a healthy life style??
    do you think living healthy life style and working out every week will help the gains to be faster??

    If you have experience working out and keeping training journals, understanding PE will come easy to you.

    make the OK sign with both hands

    use one hand to squeeze the base and one hand to squeeze under the head

    i hold for about 10 seconds now (started with 5 when i first started doing this)

    Throughout your training history, was there, and did you stick with, a particular routine that you followed that gave you results? Have you tried adding Stop and Starts to your routine?

    I've always changed certain things up and i never tried stop and starts. could you elaborate

    TonyMars, why do you have days off? Exercises, although called the same, are not the same as working out at the gym. Typical muscle tissue is "grown" by tearing current muscle tissue and having it grow back larger. That is why you take days off or at least work different muscle groups, because that muscle tissue needs a day or two to grow back. With penis enlargement exercises there is no tissue grow back, you do not tear the current tissue. It works by stretching the tissue that you already have and over time that tissue becomes longer and thicker. You do not need rest days and changing up the exercises day to day is also not required. In fact, by most urologist recomendations, the same exercise routine EVERY day is preferred for maximum/fastest results.

    did you have great success doing this?

    and are you implying that if i DO take days off, i wont see any results or are you saying it just wont come as fast?

    Are you sure about this? I've read everywhere you NEED to take days off... and also have a resting period of 1 week after about 6 weeks. I worked out at the gym for some years so I know what you're talking about.

    Even though the muscle doesn't tear the tissue but stretches it. It will still need time to strengthen up, right?

    Either way, I'm still gonna take days off because doing my penis exercise of 45 min every day is just not possible :p

    The Stop and Start improves blood flow, sexual stamina and control, and they also promote healing (from your PE workouts) and aid in the enlargement process. They should be done after your PE exercises.

    i've basically stuck to my routine since i first made my post

    im gonna measure tonight and see what kind of gains i made

    im going to start doing PE exercises everyday

    You shouldn't do your exercises every day- follow the schedule to allow for much needed rest.
