Big Al: ??manual stretches??

    I want to add these into my routine. My question is can I do these throughout the day. Do I have to warm up before I do manual stretches each time?

    A little patience goes a long way :)

    If you're doing a regular PE routine (and especially if you're a beginner) I would advise against any excessive non-routine stretches as it'll interfere with your recovery. A couple of pulls here and there shouldn't hurt though.

    If you're an advanced trainee, you can alter your training to allow for these kinds of activities. A lot of advanced trainees do what's known as "piss pulls"- a few stretches done after they urinate. These stretches are generally mild and don't require a warm up.

    Yeah, recover is a big thing in PE that most people take for granted. I would wait at least 3 months following a basic routine before you add anything new. Think of it as your conditioning phase to "toughen up" you penis for the rigorous stuff.

    I did also try "piss stretches" like Big Al describe. After you take a piss, you stretch it out because the steam of urine will warm you up enough for these mini stretches. I would recommend you go into a stall to do this for privacy. And I would do this everytime I need to pee.

    But I dont do it on rest days. Rest means rest.

    Does light stretching on off days interfere with recovery?

    I am looking at buying a jelq device, I am average in length and girth and was looking to add more in girth than length, although an increase in both would not harm. The question is, does this device actually work or are the claims made by the supplier overrated. Has anybody actually seen significant increases rather then 0.5 of an inch over 25 years? Just thinking, is the jelq device the tool to use or is there something else? Hope to hear from someone soon

    Very light stretching probably won't, but if you've been training intensely the extra stress may cut into your recovery. Like Wish-4-8 stated- rest means rest :)

    In the future, please start new threads for different topics.

    The Jelq Device will make your workouts more intense. It's a good tool, but you should try to master the basic jelq first before considering one. The exception would be if you aren't able to use your hands (for whatever reason) to jelq properly.
