Big bulge

Hey,

I am looking at going to a private party and want to dress in just a skinsuit to impress. I have a few questions.

Is it better to wear a tighter suit than you would normally wear or looser?

I wish to create the biggest outline or bulge I can. Some people say to wear something underneath and others say not to... suggestions please.

Also to create the biggest bulge possible I have heard of wearing a cockring under lycra. There are so many out there and was wondering which type was better for producing a bigger bulge. Is there any other ways of producing a huge bulge??

I am looking to have as much attention and fun as possible
