At 7x6 I have always considered myself average, and at times even small. I think (please no flames) that black women perpetuate this myth, at least this has been my experience. I went to an all black college and not once did a single woman call be big. I usually heard "it's a nice size" or "it's perfect for me". For the first time in my life I am finally dating a black woman who has called it big to my face. Recently I asked an ex, who is also black , what she thought of my junk and she told me that it was at the lower end of big. I have seen studies saying that the average size for black men is bigger by 1.5 inches, but who really knows the truth? You would have to measure eveybody in the world to find out the truth. In my experience, with both black and white men, the black men on average have been bigger. Society has this assumption about black men I think because of the media but that's just my opinion.

I usually ignore these "black men bigger threads". But seeing as this is an issue of genuine concern which you raise and which impacts many other black men, allow me to offer some theories on the subject, if I may:
This "black men bigger" thing spawned, no doubt, from a whole bunch of other dehumanizing stereotypes generated about blacks, and black men in particular. In that it generates an unnatural interest among some, it at the same time, places a huge burden on us to live up to the hype.
Black men who don't "measure up" to expectations (and the expectation is often ignorantly overblown in the first place) unjustifiably feel themselves "inadequate", not that in fact they are. At the same time those of us who do, get something akin to, "well of course you're big, you're supposed to be aren't you?"
Equally, our white counterparts are caught up in the hype too, only theirs is a mixture of resentment and angst combined with (for some) enthrallment with the fetish, the notion - that being of the so-called superstud black "bull".
All in all, there is a dehumanizing aspect to it, this expectation of us being some kind of "superman" in the penis department. Imo we'd all benefit the sooner we can step past the morbidness of this "fascination" and relate to each other as individuals.

There was a statistical study (I think in the U.S.) which showed blacks 1/4 inch longer on average than Caucasians. Not sure who did it. My impression is that blacks have more of the really large penises. This is not scientific, but the largest I've ever seen up close and personal was a young black man. On a sex site there is the ability to sort by cock size. I did this once and found that all (maybe a dozen) in Nashville who were 10.5 inches or larger were black men.

Except every single study shows it's not. They all consistently show whites somewhere between blacks at the larger end and asian at the smaller.
Saying the black stereotype is a myth, you'd probably be inclined to agree the asian stereotype is a myth also. It isn't. These are the facts of life. Nothing in this world is equal.
So, if you want to go empirical, then virtually every last study on the subject reveals blacks average the largest. Some studies will show less significant differences than others, but the trend is indisputably consistent.
On the other hand, if you want to go anecdotal or unscientific, use the most powerful resource you have readily available for such comparisons: the internet. Google any specific imagery you want, and you'll find some examples. You are sure to find a below-general-average black penis somewhere, or even a large asian one. But these are known as outliers, and just because you've witnessed one in your life doesn't mean trends do not exist.
It is what it is, and it's best to not let the concepts bother you too much. I'd suggest in a community such as this that people be realistic and not overthink it.

and it is true that black men are bigger on average, but it's only by like... a fraction of an inch. Example: Let's say the average is 5.4"? the average black man size is 5.6" it's something like that. I read several different studies, but I don't remember the exact sizes.
I've had the same problem, and it's made me nervous about doing anything because I feel like they expect a monster, but I'm not super big. I'm not sure how to think/feel about the situation. It's hard on us imo.

Ive often wondered if a black man’s body temp runs slightly higher so their cocks are more relaxed out. I’ve found most men run the avg the same size. Also, I think black guys tend to be downward or heavy in erection vs a white guy pointing more up. Humm , this is a good point, most of the black guys I have been with tend to have downward hanging erections. Nearly all of them were 8" or more when erect. Actually, the myth was started post slavery by white men. They wanted to demasculinize and dehumanize black guys, so they said they had huge schlongs.
This was because comparing them to animals like bulls and horses, whom have large members, would make black men seem less human to the general public.
