I go to say we don't put a length per say minimum. Theres a huge difference between E inches and real measured inches and everyone measures differently. Maybe a photo requirement ie you check in their gallery, if you think they are large then they get invited to the event..

I support the entry requirements idea.

Maybe give the option of minimum length (9"?) OR minimum circumference though (7"?) - or minimum overall volume

But, donkey, if you're organizing, it's obviously at your discretion to invite whoever you want. But, I'd be hesitant to invite people based on their self-proclaimed size!
