As far as I am aware, there is no empirical study on this. Probably because it is such a ridiculous idea.

It is luck of the draw. Blatantly. Obviously there are people who by COINCIDENCE happen to have slept with a number of guys who have big cocks and also are slim. I don't think fat guys have smaller diks becuase they're fat, i think they might be carrying a few extra pounds because of the way their body works, and their hormone levels which would ultimately control the size of their junk too. I think it's the way your body chemistry is calibrated.

Also i think if ur mother gave u a big source of testosterone during pregnancy u will have a bigger cock too. and maybe that prenatal body chemistry is synonymous with a lean body also. based on my own family I do believe that cock size is inherited, but I don't think the basic genetics of the parents always control body type though because i know alot of skinny dudes who's parents are fat as hell.
