I expect average at all times. Most people are average. I have met a big guy with an unbelievably large penis, and a big guy with a smaller than average penis. Of course, I happen to not have a penis size preference, but tend to choose men with big, tall bodies. So for me, they are big where it counts, because that's where I want a man to be big.
