We got enough problems with busted pipes - ask anyone on the south-eastern coast of the US right now. Speaking of which, I put together a little toy project of mine under the radar of a house full of people. Waiting for the "low bake" to cure and drive off carrier solvents before use and test of air tightness.

I decided to go and play with vacuum tubes again. And no - not the type that bear triac, diode, or magnetron in their names. Dang, going to have to start documenting some of this stuff sooner or later for the askers and fellow seekers... I had no choice but resort to old DIY skills and experience.

I decided to answer that niggling voice in the back of the skull that keeps going "WHAT IF?!" Thus postponing my foreskin restoration efforts. Bwahahahahaa! But getting a custom built tube to length or diameter is PROHIBITIVE in my current, serious lack of funding.

I do not recommend people going this route unless they get some experience first!
