OK, so I know that it's true that there are MANY here that don't contribute, but...

Why does it seem like the majority of people with "huge", "hung", or any digits of 9, or above, in their name, have no real profile to speak of, when it comes to information and images? (Is it possible for Rob to require info in the "Location" field?) It's not line anonymity is being compromised by at least narrowing your location down to a state (for U.S. members), or country. There are those that have put up an image or two, but then post ones that are too tiny to even be seen. Then, off course, almost none of them bother to validate their pix.

I get the whole, "I don't wanna be seen as an object" arguement, but if that's the case, then don't use a nickname like "YouGottaSeeMyHuge11", especially if you then have no way of showing it, or proving that's what you actually have.

All I'm saying is... if you've got a BIG name, prepare to backup your claim. (OK, that was NOT meant to rhyme. )

I share quite a bit of info in my profile, but I don't see any point in trying to force everyone to do the same. Most would just provide false information, so that suddenly instead of the 70% phony rate that Lex cites, we'd be at 98%.

Lots of us here value our privacy. If you live in a small state (like I do) even providing that bit of info can feel compromising. Some feel comfortable posting revealing photos of themselves during their first month here; others, like me, would never do this. It certainly doesn't make us any less legitimate as members of this site.

Hey Steve,
You so do NOT fall into the categories that I'm talking about, but I get what you mean. I'm more addressing those profile names that are begging for attention, but then when you go to their profile, somewhat giving them the attention that they'd asked for, there's either nothing there, there IS a pic, but it's smaller than the tumbnail, or a pic that's fake, either because of photoshopping, or it has been seen on just about every porn site online.

I also understand valuing privacy, but I really don't see the problem with narrowing things down to a state or province. I mean, I've given my city, and in a few posts, have even narrowed it down to a district, but not having any clear face pic, I really don't think even my next door neighbour is any closer to being able to ID me from a cock or ass shot. I mean, I'm pretty paranoid about privacy, but even I think some people just overdo it a bit. My favourite example is someone that I chatted with for about a year, had never seen him above the neck, and finally asked him, "so where are you anyway?" He answered, "Uh, Canada."
"Well, it's the 2nd largest country in the world. Couldja narrow it down a bit?"
"Let's just say western Canada. I dont' want anyone finding me."

?!?!?! I can't even find friends of mine, whose schedules I somewhat know, in the same city, half of the time. How am I supposed to track down someone with no other information than a cock shot and that they live in e.g. Iowa?

DOH!!! Why didn't *I* think of that? In that case, I've got to go. I have a whole list that I need to get to finding.

Don't be ridiculous.

You obviously would need INTERPOL (International Penis Observers' League) for that.

I know a lot of people who are part of that INTERPOL. A few even wear cop uniforms.

Well, you know what they say about a man with a truncheon in his pocket.

*promises not to continue on much further with this somewhat dusty stand-up routine*

Back to the topic at hand. It is one that I as a moderator have considered the pros and cons. This is my conclusion. In general the ones who are completely fake show it sooner or later. Here at the LPSG it is OK to be a jackass. However, don't get offended when people call you one.

Same with fakes. These people that you are talking about usually get called out and they get highly pissed. That is THEIR problem, not ours.

Some pics and posters are best ignored.

Thanks for your concern. Many of us have felt the same way. It is a losing battle trying to get folks to "fes" up to what they are doing. Obviously you have caught on as well. Consider that when you read their posts.

Perhaps everyone thinks my pics are photoshopped, I am good at photoshopping pics, It's a dirty little secret of mine.
