big powerful legs?

    I can leg press 380 pounds, Lift 220 pounds with my inner hips, lift 120 pounds with my with my butt, and 240 pounds with my lower back and I still look skinny :(

    anything I can do to make my legs look bigger ?

    Also add in some Smith Machine Squats occasionally...can safely go a bit deeper and get those glutes/hams working better.

    But nothing beats the Squat for all over size (even on top, dude).

    legs more than anything else, has to do with your natural build
    that's no excuse to neglect them though. If nothing else, you want to be able to move and get around as you get older.

    a bit involved ... depends on body type, and then applying the routine best suited for that type ... the one universal for legs is that you can't exercise them too much ... Arnold in his book, for example, describes training splits that work them out all six days

    I work hard to keep my legs looking good.I am older than you but think I have great legs,check them out in picture gallery:smile:

    Ive never read what AAnold from Cauli-forna says but, everything I have read says dont work the same muscle group 2 days in a row because you will over-train the muscle and it will lead to failure of muscle growth, another words your working the muscle for nothing. It might be different for competitive body building though. Im definitely a believer in split routines and power routines but, I never work the same muscle group 2 days in a row, thanks!

    Actually, I have to correct something; The routines in Arnold's book describe the calves being worked out six days a week; the thighs and hams three times a week ... It was actually a guy I work with (with twenty-one inch arms) who told me the entire leg could be worked out all six days ...

    what in the hel are inner hips?

    anyway I don't mean to discourage you but those numbers are not exactly high when you look at the lifts that they are
    just make slow steady progress on the amount of weight you can lift
    and the best thing to use is freeweights
    squats and deaflits are far better then any machine weight lift

    I agree completely. I've never heard of working anything but abs every day.

    Genetics blessed me with naturally fabulous legs.

    My trainers in the past have caused me to have big legs. I won't be doing squats anymore because they make my jeans too tight.

    I can do what is called "Asian cowgirl" because I can last so long in the cowgirl position.

    Strong legs are so hot and they really make a difference in sex. Not sure if that last sentence was structured properly but strong legs are great for sex!
