I warn you, it takes time to be able to pump your balls that much. I'm a pump-for-fun person, and my balls have never gotten that big with 10 or even 20 minutes in a pump. Probably have to pump every other day to achieve that expansion.

Not all from pumping, also stretch by wearing split collars. Rarely pump that big, just now and again to stretch the sack. Mostly pump with a long 12" x 2.75 cylinder. Usualy alternate wearing collars one month and pump the next. Been doing it for about 7 years, so it aint quick.
