Hey guys,

Apologies if there’s already a thread about this but I was wondering if you know of any supplements and or lifestyle habits that lead to bigger, fuller balls.

My balls tend to vary from day to day. Some days they feel huge and really full and loose - the best feeling ever! Other days they feel much smaller in my hand.

I already take maca and zinc everyday and sometimes l-arganine. I also work out and try to get good sleep but my ball size still varies and I want them to be full and huge all the time. I do think the longer time I wait between ejaculation the fuller they feel but that’s not always the case.

Any tips to get your balls working at their fullest capacity all the time?

Hydration. Drink lots of water. Water washes away the toxins of daily living & hydrates cells.
I find my balls get bigger over 3 days of abstinence, then begin to get smaller. So use them, but let them 'rest' too.
You could experiment with celery seed or Damiana or Pygeum. Results really seem to vary by person, diet, life habits.

Since I've been taking L-arginine / Citrulline, I've clearly noticed that my testicles are plumper and more present, even bigger. They hang a little lower and look nice and full all day long, even after ejaculation.
In addition to L-arginine / Citrulline, I take celery seed extract and maca.

What's your regimen/dosing?
I'm taking (daily):

- approx. 3400mg L-arginine/citrulline (1200mg in the morning, afternoon and before going to bed)
- 200mg celery seed extract in the morning
- 3000mg black maca (1500mg in the morning, 1500mg in the evening)
- 5mg zinc (around noon)

I am very satisfied with the hardness and duration of my erections since taking those supplements. My errections are no longer wobbly, but nice and hard and the penis is plump and stiff. As I said, my testicles are plumper and hang down nicely. I have also noticed that the amount of ejaculate has increased. I have not yet noticed any increase in precum production. I think I'll increase to 400mg of celery seed daily.

What I and my partner noticed in general since I'm taking those supplements as described above:

- a lot of ejaculate, regardless of whether I have ejaculated 3 times before on the same day
- long endurance
- hard erections
- full, plump testicles

I can only report good things so far.

I can therefore recommend the dosage described above to everyone who wants harder and longer-lasting erections as well as a general increase in sexual desire.
