I have talked dick size a lot with my sons but never with my dad. Growing up it was my mom that was open and talked dick size and answered sex questions, but she only started doing that after she walked in on me getting a blow job from my gf and saw my actual size.

My dad and I are super close and talk openly about sex, jacking, etc. We are open with nudity and see each other's soft, semi, and hard with no embarrassment about it. His is smaller than mine in all aspects. We have talked about size in general and one time he shared his measurements. Soft his is under 2". His shaft is not visible and if he didn't have foreskin, just the head would show. It's like a button. Hard his is 4.5". His measurements weren't surprising, since I saw his daily and had a ballpark guess already.

Yes. Most guys in my family are big or hung decent, but he got skipped somehow. Guys on my mom's side are on the big side as well, so I could have inherited mine from either side I guess.
