hey. Wondering if any built, athletic guys want to talk about how it feels to be either the biggest or smallest dicked man in the locker room.

I'm a built guy, str8, big chest, arms, shoulders, chest hair, beard, very masculine, but also fairly small when soft. Often, I find myself the smallest dicked guy in the showers after a heavy workout.

I can't speak for @Serpentlike but my own experience is similar: I didn't realize I had grown accustomed to being the biggest guy in the room until a bigger guy showed up, and I was suddenly conscious that it was an unfamiliar sensation. Oddly, I felt a bit ashamed that I'd been taking it for granted so long. "I'm not entitled to be the biggest guy in the room," I reminded myself.

So, no it doesn't give me a rush.

Occasionally I have jerked it later while remembering a smaller dick I saw in the locker room, but always because I admire (maybe even envy) some trait that my own dick just doesn't have. I do. I might not have been comfortable enough to continue going to the gym if it wasn't for that one gift. Early on I wasn't very strong and I overheard a couple of meat heads laughing at my bench press and I was very embarrassed. I went to the showers feeling very down and as I was drying off and walking back to my locker the two meat heads were going to the showers also naked. I felt a lot better when I realized if they added what they were packing together I would still be bigger. Very satisfying.

Same here for me. I am usually the smallest in the locker room or any place were guys are openly nude. I am about 5.5x5.5. And I don't really care and sometimes a guy will try to fluff up or get kinds hard and let it swing around. Also before guys on here say that doesn't happen it does. I'm pretty small when soft (very much a grower), so admittedly I have tried to give myself a bit of a chubby in the locker room and to be honest I just couldn't achieve one. I do work out my upper body quite a bit, but I have runner's legs (think chicken leggy) so maybe my frame makes my dick look bigger.

I've never been the smallest guy in the room, as I am somewhere between medium and large in size. I've had a few instances where I was in a locker room with men much more hung than me. Pretty much always due to girth. Usually I just think "damn that's fat" to myself, sort of fascinated. But sometimes, I get a little jealous. I'm with you on being very much a grower, but I have the opposite problem... the act of being naked around other naked guys itself gives me a semi. So unless I'm the first to get naked and people are looking at that exact moment--in which case I'd be near the small end--I tend toward biggest. I'm definitely a grower too. I played sports all through school and hated the fact I look so small soft. I have friends that are huge flaccid in the lockrooom that put me to shame. I'm not as small as gunner; 2.5" about half shaft and half head with not much hang over big tight balls. But still often feel like the smallest man in the locker room.

It's true that there must be lots of guys our size (well under 3" with little or no hang), but they always seem to be overweight old men. But they had to be fit ahketic guys at some point in their lives, right? My conclusion is that a lot of guys in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are very small when soft just NEVER shower or change in the locker room. Probably because of a conscious or subconscious shyness of being compared. What's left then is a lot of average or hung guys, making it seem like under 3" soft guys are rare.

The other is about perspective. It's true that looking down at yourself makes thinks like your feet and junk appear smaller to you than they seem to others standing across the room. There used to be a 20 something guy at the gym who was not shy. He was quite comfortable with his nudity. He also had the smallest dick I have ever seen on a full grown man. He is about 6'2" , skinny and blond. His dick is just head no shaft. It looks like a button to hang his balls from. In its original flaccid state, my dick was between 3.5 and 4 inches long and I hardly ever thought about size at all. Perfectly average. As I got older, I started having ED.
