You need a program that simulates a browser streaming off of rtmp. I use rtmpdump, It is a simple DOS based program but it is very effective. View the web page source. Search "clip:". Use this url format as a command line to initiate the program:

rtmpdump -r "rtmp://cdn1.monstercockland.com/vod/white_monster_NtSEJR.mp4" -o white_monster_NtSEJR.mp4 --resume

It will automatically download the clip. You can use any program to convert the mp4 to avi.
