Well, to make it short, I would say prison and gang lifestyle, and the tattoos that came with that :D

He was a young tattoo-free teenage boy more than a man when he did his two solos in 2006: he was only 18/19 back then! Also, his shaved head brought out the youthful features of his face.

According to the website's scenes descriptions, each time he returned, it was after a stay in prison (we're free to believe it or not), and each time, he had additional tattoos.
The first time in 2008 for the straight scene with his then-girlfriend, he already had several of his tattoos done, so it would not be surprising that he got them in prison. But he retained a bit of this "cutie" face at that time, especially because the ones made on his head remained discreet:

For his comebacks in 2011 & 2014, in addition to his new tattoos (and face ones tend to age a person), he also gained some muscle and weight so I'm not surprised that boyish look had vanished + "longer" hair — and of course, a few years have passed since he was a teen. But if you ignore the tattoos, he was in great shape in his then 26/27 y.o:

So, I you manage to ignore the tattoos, I think he aged greatly between 2006 and 2014. I find that XXX, who was born around the same time, had a bigger physical decline between his first video in 2010 and 2014 — even if I think XXX was still hot in 2014 (and I don't know when the bus driver affair took place, but he was hot on his arrest pic too :p).

Probably location and up bringing and all his tattoos look like he got them in jail. I’m guessing when he got locked up the first time he joined a gang to keep himself safe.

If it's BLM style, I'm afraid Tyga is gonna show up in one more scene and be gone. They never continue with some models for continuous period of time, what a shame. TYga is sweet! I mean look at how he smiles rubbing his cock!
