All videos were available for downloading when I took a membership ? But there was a daily limit for downloading, like on many premium websites. I don't remember how many Gbs / Go you are allowed to download daily.
I really don't think that's going to happen in the near future, since the majority of the models went for 1 or 2 videos and because they are clearly focusing on new videos.
I am currently building an online database that exactly corresponds to what you're mentioning: being able to search for an actor and list all the videos they are starring in (and other infos found). But there are above 1700 contents on Bilatinmen, so it's a very significant amount of work
Up to this day, I listed 2002 year to mid-2014 contents (a little over half of the total, including hotstuff section). When I finish listing the content of Bilatinmen, I plan to also list NakedPapis' one.
You can browse the models in alphabetical order or use the search tool at the top right for finding a model — but keep in mind that there will generally be no results
yet for contents released after mid-2014.
