Well he definitely lived with Pantelis last year. They had a kitten together who died young. They received cards from people addressed to "Pantelis & Billy" for condolences for the cat when it died.
Then around the same time he stopped posting photos with Pantelis was the same time they didn't live together so it's like... it doesn't take a genius. He then started making references to "his ex". They were clearly dating.
Even if they weren't the point still stands that Billy was well connected through Pantelis and didn't get any modelling contracts based on being a good model.

If lime is referring to him, Pantelis isn't someone I consider to be your typical fashion photographer, at least not in the traditional sense. In my opinion, a lot of his work falls more under "artistic physique/portrait photography," he rarely shoots men fully clothed and seems to put most of the focus on the face and/or body over the fashion/styling and artistry, he just uses branded items and aesthetically-pleasing sets. His work does not look like most Vogue editorials, and I doubt he works frequently with Storm Management! Although, he's probably well-connected to modelling agents, and perhaps that's how Billy got his big break at Storm...
