It's nearly impossible, you can accidentally get a nice ass from the side without any mention of ass with some prompts but nothing ass-focused
You can't do very explicit stuff, however the AI has a bias for very attractive and sexy men so you can get nice vanilla results without elaborate prompts that could contain flagged words.

Yeah... I didn't want to believe it, but it does seem like prompts that were working before either stopped working, or get much tamer output now, even without any celebrities involved. That's a shame.
