Anyone know any gyms/pools/saunas/spa in Birmingham UK with communal showers or clothing optional sauna/spa? Love showering naked and showing off... ?

its not really that sort of place , it is just naturist and very well behaved, just a nice place to chill , we go pretty regularly .
Mind you wife doesn't mind if there is something nice to look at
