Do you ever see any black and asian guys hooking up in bars and clubs? Its a combination which I see very rarely. I always see asian guys with white guys but I don't think I've ever seen a black/asian male couple. I personally feel that asian guys worship white guys and ignore black guys. I don't think I've seen a asian man/black woman couple. Am I not going to the right places? Is there a secret club where these combinations are commonplace?

Keen power of observation, mate. I've been wondering the same thing, too. I've seen a lot Asian-White and Black-White couples in my time - both gay and straight - but I've never ever seen a single Asian-Black couple - gay or straight. Not once! I'm Asian and personally have absolutely nothing against any other races but it seems to me like there is an invisible wall between Asians and Blacks. Theories anyone?

It's pretty rare in most asian countries. Becoming more popular in Japan but perhaps for the 'wrong' resons. In Japan the black 'rapper-thug' is very popular and alot of girls go after black guys for this reason. If you are a well dressed and groomed black man in Japan, you will be ignored. If you look like a thug, you will have girls hitting on you.

I see alot of Chinese *ahem* working girls (over 300 so far) and every one I have asked thinks black men are "ugly and have huge animal cocks". Alot of racial profiling, mainly because they do not have much exposure to black men. Perhaps in 30 years there will be more black- asian couples. But right now, it's very rare.

I live in the Bay Area, the most liberal place in the USA and black- asian couples I have seen, I can count on two hands. White- asian couples, on the other hand, are all over the place.

i think its because compared to other races the black and asian population is kind of small..but i have a some friends who are mixed with black and some type of asian (japanese, filipino, korean)....i am from cali so maybe cuz the pop is bigger hear idk??

DGirl is the only black woman I have ever seen or heard of that has an Asian husband. I'm sure there are others but in my travels across the country I have never seen another black female/Asian man couple.

BINGO! White makes right is a prevalent/popular opinion in many Asian cultures just as it is in the black community. Why do you think so many Asians have surgery to make their eyes look caucasian and round. :duh: It is common to see older Asians walking with parasols or umbrellas to keep the sun off them. They don't want to get dark! With that in mind, why on earth would they want to be intimate with a black man or woman?

Just to be accurate: Jamaicans are not african americans from the United States. But they ARE african-americans from Jamaica. All people of black African descent and born in the Americas, north, south or central, are African Americans.

Great observation! I have a few Asian and Half Asian friends, straight and gay. They all date white men only. I think that they see it as more acceptable and white men give them more status. To be honest...they worship the white man. I am sorry if I offend anyone, but this is from my conversations with them. They actually say really mean things about Asian guys especially. But one of my friends will only date black guys and she gets the finest ones! I've had a few Asian guys hit on me. I've never dated one or slept with one. I don't bother because I know that they're not into me.

I knew a Chinese woman with a black husband but they got divorced after a few years. I think their cultures are diametrically different which led to many fights and misunderstandings. I guess no physical attraction can span a cultural divide - at least in their case.

You have Asian friends. You had Asians attracted and hitting on you. Yet you snubbed them due to your own baseless, preconceived notions. Set aside your cowardice and prejudicial notions regarding Asians and give those fellows that like you a chance.

I have seen, from my understanding its a cultural mindset, the indifference is somewhat media related, tho i have seen black w. asian couples, gay straight bi etc etc, its also rare to find asian gay couples. Just matter of the times, give it a few years and the shift will definately change as so many eurasian babies around. Eurasians make the hottest looking people, beautiful mix of black/ white/ or other nationality.
