Black cuban genitalia

My neighbor was of cuban descent and his cock and balls were very dark,almost black. Their skin color is not dark.One takes after his Mother, who is very blond, but he has dark genitalia. He said his brothers, as well as his fathers were also.
I have been with many cuban men and i find this quite common. They don't know why. My question is .Does anyone know why this is? I have search the internet and found nothing.Thanks in advance.

I beleive the penis size is determined by the Mother's Father, I do not know about skin color as you stated she is Blonde. Now what her father was do you know!! Bill

The Father was cuban. The middle son was the one that was blond.I do not know what her Father was. But I almost sure he wasn't cuban.
