I agree. Unless the movie/TV show is regard gay culture or is about porn, Hollywood will never cast a former porn star in a big-budget, big studio film. Movies make money by appealing to all 4 quadrants (kids, teens, adults, and seniors) like the Marvel movies or any Batman film. This is why most movies are PG-13 and not Rated-R. Putting a gay porn star will limit your audience to just one quadrant due to the fact anyone can Google the films stars. Disney and Warner Bros. will never put a popular porn star in one of their movies. Rated-R movies from other smaller studios, possibly. However, as aforementioned, Rated-R movies with few exceptions (Deadpool and Joker, which are still based on children’s comics) no one is really making. Also, Lane continues to be very popular in porn, and uses his real name. “Star Wars staring big current porn actor” isn’t happening. If he wants to do real movies, he needs to take a brake from porn altogether for several years. No one wants their child to google their favorite actor in a movie and find millions of gay porn links. No hate to Lane... Just being real.
True, but for example there's a former/current sw in euphoria. She basically get known bc she did a porn about two characters of that series lol. So even though Hollywood won't risk their profits there are some TV show or movies that prob give a fuck. But I can't speak about Lane bc Idk if he's good at acting or if he was dead serious about it.
if he was that serious about acting, he would've gone to college for the arts, to study theater/acting. i think he just wanted to be a famous hollywood star so he'd be rich and have easy access to all the twinks he fawns over
people think it's liberal because a lot of the actors, i.e. the faces of hollywood tend to be liberal. the people actually running hollywood are a bunch of old conservative men(with a few women in charge, but it's mostly men).
the reason why you don't see porn actors being able to transition into hollywood acting, aside from lack of talent, not that it ever stopped cw actors, is the same reason why you rarely see gays on the big screen, the boomers running the show don't want it
stargirl has green lantern's daughter on the show. i think she's asian, so not likely. stargirl is also ported from the dcuniverse streaming app, it went to the cw instead of hbomax. so the acting and budget is a bit better than on something like the flashlol-hey! I like CW shows! So…maybe he’ll be the next TVs Green Lantern?
And most porn stars...aren't good actors. Being good in bed and/or having a hot bod doesn't equal acting talent

Yes it's a hot collab. Joey takes on both Angel and Blake.
