Oh. Yer Native American?
[post=281554]Quoted post[/post]

Hau. Most of us just say Indian, though. I'm Lakota, which means that if you can get me in front of a camera, I take a good picture. LOL
[post=281694]Quoted post[/post]

nice one.

Since you have a more personal perspective on this one, I've got a question for you jon. Are you ever offended by certain mascots of schools/teams? When I was back in high school, our mascot used to be the Indians, but we went through a whole pc mess and switched our mascot to the Patriots. (If you actually think about it, going from a possibly demeaning mascot, to a mascot that killed the people you're trying to be nice to....not the smartest thing ever.)

I think it's sad that people get offended by so little these days. People need to lighten up a lot.

We had a similar situation at my school. Our mascot is the Mohawk (not the hairstyle, but the moscot does have one anyway) and the former principle wanted to change it to the bears because she found it racist (my school is 98% white though, and it wasn't offended.) It was concluded that if she changed it, THAT would be the real act of racism, and therefore making her look like the racist for "not accepting the mascot" (not that i care she was a total wench!)

Well, I can't say the mascots aren't offensive, just that there's a whole lot the government's doing which makes the issue seem trivial. (You can guess how most Indians feel about the government. I don't know why, but for some reason, we just don't trust them.)

While like, 95% of what I own are board shorts, you can still see my packahe in other things I wear. Random people have been all "nice package" to me. And I'm not even hung. Another thing I've liked about board shorts is it shows off my ass (well, everything else does to, but not like my board shorts). See, a surfer wears board shorts all the time. A normal person will only wear them as swim trunks. Oh well. As long as you people learn that underwear doesn't belong with board shorts I'm ok with it, I guess.

I do, however, have a problem with stores like the GAP and A&E exploiting my culture's style just to make profit. And then these preppy kids (I have no real beef with preppy people) think they're bad ass and "surfers" because they wear board shorts. I hate fake people.

Hey, what about those kids online who try to act like a cross between a gangsta and a surfer, using a mix of deliberate misspelling (e.g., rite for right, u for you, etc.) and surfer slang (e.g., d00d).

That drives me mad when people do that, (not counting you Nix, because its your style, so its cool), I really don't like people stealling a style because it's "cool", they need their own styles.

I totally agree. Posers totall bug me. But like, even if ya didn't approve of the way I speak and type, I still wouldn't change it :p

Whenever it came to message boards and journals in school, I'd always like, write out how I talk. I think it totally like, helps to convey my personality through a medium that usually can't express a person's personality. Out of curiousity, does anyone like, not dig the way I convey myself by typing how I talk?

Even though i have relatively "normal" typing, it is how i talk. i also hate the slang words such as u, rite, urs, m8, h8, gr8 etc. if you learn how to type properly then it's actually much harder to abbreviate. I dunno what group of people i belong to. i'm not a preppy, i'm not a skater, i'm not a surfer, i'm not a spock/square/nerd... i spose i'm a muso (music person) *shrugs* and we all have our personal styles, and are a bit crazy.

I totally agree. Internet slang is like, the worst. I'd rather listen to uber Ebonics than Internet slang.

hung_big: Naw Nix, I love ur style, sounds really hot. Wait...I know you're hot, what am I talking about? :blush:

I too hate internet slang. I do it myself, occasionally, so I may sound hypocritical, but whoever said it was right: Once you learn how to type it's harder to abbreviate. I can type h-'ate' faster than I can h-'8'. It really bothers me sometimes, because some of the time I can't understand what a person is saying. I don't think someone should have to really think about the words in front of them or try to decode them, just understand the content. I think someone's personality is shown through their writing. Like Nixxy sounds laid back and a cool guy. Anywho, that was my rant, back onto subject....

I do wear board shorts whenever I do swimming, seeing as they are the most comfortable and have the most support. I'm not using anybody else's style, I just find them comfy and nice to wear. In fact I WOULD wear them all the time if I could, but well...Toronto doesn't have ideal conditions for boardshorts all year round. Can I come and move down to Florida with you Nixxy?! :blush: B)

carolinacurious: This may be a stupid question but what exactly is meant by "board shorts", are you just talking about the long legged bathing suits (or something more specific)? Most of the ones I've seen you could hide a small dog in. I thought that was the point (as compared to "weenie bikinis" and "banana hammocks".)

Amsterdamhung: Nothing. I am from SoCal and none of my friend and I ever wore anything underneath. But I live in Europe part of the time now and when I go to the beach, I normally wear a square cut speedo type under my boardshorts and take the shorts off when laying in the sun. But I hate that my cock doesn't swing around as much in my shorts now :D

What about under a wetsuit, do you wear nothing or what, where i come from it is too cold to freeball under boardies so everyone weres briefs or boxers
[post=279472]Quoted post[/post]

Nothing should be worn under a wetsuit. Not only does it feeln awful but the suit doesn't work as it should giving you an even layer of dampness between the suit and your skin.

Is it bad if when I get turned on when my boardshorts are dried off after a swim and I sit just so anyone walking by could take a peek up them?

Most of the time I freball in boardshorts, however I have worn speedos under before. Sometimes I just want to relax and not get any attention because of my cock. Since I'm circumcised, my head is easily visible in board shorts.
