Good thread. You definitely are starting out with a good size cock so the progress will be interesting.

Fat pads are a bitch, cuz it seems a lot of it is just down to genetics,. When I was at my leanest, 10% BF at 180 lbs many yrs ago, I still had a bit of fat pad, I'd say 3/4". Meanwhile I have seen fat guys in amateur porn with little to no fat pad...lol..

I decided to buzz off some of that pubic hair and I'm definitely a lot bigger looking now.....and still have a decent amount of fat to lose down there lol. I've given up exercising to loose mine I'm looking at having it surgically removed since my BPL is about 7.3-7.5 and these last two inches despite two months of working out with a trainer and following a diet hasn't yielded any results
Your fat gain didn't get there in 2 months, I assume, and wouldn't be lost in that time either. Discipline and strict eating habits will get you there, along with some hard work. Surgery is a temporary fix and the fat will most likely return due to not changing habits. If the trainer is not having you focus primarily on your food, then get a new trainer

Next update for this thread and making some noticeable progress by far.

Height- 6'4"
Weight- 222
Waist- 34 3/8"

Difference between bone pressed and non bone pressed at 1"-1 1/8", very happy with this so far.

At this stage I feel like I'll be making some very rapid progress with the reduction of my fat pad as I continue to lose weight, as I'm at a fairly lean body fat percentage now and have just a bit of lower back and ab/groin fat left on my body.

So, I decided to take this picture tonight as another progress pic. I've had a little groin injury that has prevented me from doing any serious sprint work, so my degree of body fat loss has been fairly slow. However, since my last post on here I've definitely lost some fat and built a bit of muscle, since my weight has stayed about the same with a smaller waist.

Calves/arms/neck- 16.25-.5"

Difference of 1" between BPEL and NBPEL
Penis girth- 5.25-.5", it seems to vary a lot depending on where I measure it so I'll stick with a range.

Goal- Hoping to get my NBPEL to within .5-.75" of my BPEL measurement. I pretty much have perfect bodily proportions though having narrower hips my waist measurement should be a bit lower, as I'm still looking at having to lose another 10 pounds or so.

It has actually been fairly easy for me, I just apply some nutritional science and follow an intelligent training routine. Right now I'm doing a full body lifting routine 3 days per week, plus 1 day of a long easy swim and another day working with my kickboxing trainer for 30 mins and then an easy 30 minute swim afterwards. On top of that, I go for a 30 minute walk every evening. So, definitely a lot of hard training but also some easy workouts and off days that provide plenty of rest. Once my adductor heals up I'll be looking to add a couple long hill sprints after my lifting session, whenever I've incorporated some long sprint work like that the felt literally melts off.

Bone pressed erect length, the measurement you take that presses until you hit the pubic bone. The more fat you have overall, the thicker your pubic fat pad will be.

It is used because it controls for the different degree of body fat distribution amongst men. Some guys obviously carry more body fat than others, but the distribution of this fat will also vary between individuals of the same fat percentage.

Great motivational thread, man! I now want to shred my lower abs even more.

I wasn't fat before but a bit on the "bulked up" side, which is generally not a physical state I'm usually in. Right now just doing a full body lifting routine 3 days per week, lots of swimming and a daily hike in the evening. I wanted to throw in some sprint interval work and kickboxing but I've got some little injuries that are keeping me away from those right now.

Fat pads suck ass. I was always very fit and athletic (6'1, 175#, exercise of some type everyday) until I was about 28 (now 32)...my cock was basically huge both soft and hard.
