Do you guys have any experience in using or seen people use those body sculpting creams and gels that a lot of men's cosmetic companies seem to be pushing lately, like Abdo Sculpt Gel and Nivea Body Sculpt Cream to name but too of them. Apparently it helps tighten and tone up the skin and helps you get that flat stomach or pert buttocks faster than with exercise alone.

The only way you are going to get tight and toned....exercise exercise exercise. I think the only thing to get smaller with all the creams and gels...your wallet.

Dont think those creams and gels can penetrate thru all the layers of lard. So the answer is that the only thing it does is fatten the companies pocketbooks, and they laugh all the way to the bank.
Just hit the gym, and eat low fat, low carb , NO sugar meals.
