body transformation, not as hard as it looks...

    winter vs summer

    first pic was oct, second pic is beggining of summer and last pic is when i took a vaca of about 3 weeks, didnt workout, no shaving, no diet, no cardio....you to can be an allstar with some minor dedication..hopefully this can inspire someone, as it is not posted to create annimosity

    So, am I understanding this right? You are saying that you can get toned and muscular without working out/exercising, while eating at burgerking for weeks? :confused:

    I lost 130lbs a few years back, and now, I am around 185.. got about 15 more to go before I have abs again!!!!

    i used to spend 2-3 hrs in the gym at a time but that was cuz i was bulkin...i just changed my workout and diet in a 180 degree fashion, eat only when hungry, and make sure proportions are exact and never above or below...i used to be 220 bak in the day, and that winter pic is of me at 185, and believe it or not but the diff in the summer pic is on 20 pounds less...diet is more important then anything you do in the gym, or any supplement or drug you may take...diet AND consistency is of upmost importance

    totally...
    I am with you a million percent.. no reason to be in the gym for 2 hours.. 45 mins to an hour max.. 5x a week, and have a active fun weekend...

    great transformation! I have just won my place in the 2011 London Marathon and I am gonna be doing shit loads of cardio over the next 6 months... hoping that will shift a little more fat to show more definition
