Asking for a guide is a little misguided. There’s no formula that’s right for everyone. A general idea?
I counted calories and kept my protein at or above 1g per pound of body weight and adjusted depending on whether my goal was fat loss or muscle gain... and put in an insane amount of hours at the gym. A mix of training for strength and hypertrophy with a healthy sprinkling of yoga, swimming, and mma.
