OMG... we agree "she cannot speak from the experience of a woman who has very small breasts." HOWEVER...

She can tell others what it is like to cart around a major set of tits including bra issues, back pain, etc...

Many women get them and are happy, once again we AGREE. You don't have to get a set of 44ZZ stripper tits to get the satisfaction that you want, just like a guy with a 3 inch rod could go to 7 or 8 and be happy. No need for the 14 incher.

Sometimes too much is not a good thing.

This was my point all along. Tits McGee needs a reduction to what most women would go up to with implants. Tits McGee has ENORMOUS tits. But again, as inconvenient as they are for her, she still is fond enough of them to post them up as her avatar AND name herself "Tits" McGee on this board. There is a ton of small chested women who would LOVE to have her problem.

My sister has always been flat chested...even after 3 kids she still wore a training bra. Ever since her high school years she said...when I get the money...i'm getting a boob job. Well in her late 40's she was financially stable enough to do it right and with her muscular frame ended up with D's...actually slightly larger but now has symmetry with her frame..so looks natural. Even to the point they fall to the sides when she's on her back! NOW thats a good boob job. HOWEVER, the funny thing is...Menopause hit her and NOW of all times her breast tissue is growing...SO she's even Larger now and thinking about reduction in the implants.

Just make sure you wife wants them for the right reasons and if it makes her happy then fine...just be sure she knows what she's getting into. Also, she's gonna be sore and in pain for months after till they relax and the skin stretches out. Seemed like 6 months before my sister was over the soreness.

This is a perfect point musclejock made. However, for most women, the pain doesn't last 6 months. Although, there is always that possibility. Those are the risks involved. But hey, I'd go through 6 months of discomfort for an extra 2-3 inches on my dick. Fair trade I'd say. HA!

Your description of fake boobs is very outdated, or only addressing the bad boob jobs. A few useful facts:

1) A good doctor won't go too big, because that's when they can look bad. Usually this limit depends on what you've already got. Something like, and DON'T quote me on this because this is just the gist I got from a Dr. I spoke to: For A-Cups, you want to max out at around Cs, B-cups you max out at D or DD, and this Dr. wouldn't even do anyone who already has Cs unless they were really insistent.

2) Under the muscle implants: As long as you don't go too big (see #1), you cannot tell these are fake unless you squeeze 'em real good. They will bounce and jiggle nicely, they are not hard like beach balls. You have probably seen many "natural" boobs on porn sites that were really these. They look awesome. Despite my praise, I understand these aren't always the best option for everyone, so talk to a good. Dr. For example if you are a female body builder you might put a lot of stress on these implants.

3) You will have an incision scar.

4) Do research!

Hi xuxu,

There are good boob jobs and there are botched ones. The botched ones are the ones that are overdone. I posted a good job and a bad one with faces and legs blotted out out of respect for the actresses who own them.

I like boobjob#2 because they jiggle and they've fooled me enough to hire her. I was repulsed by boobjob #1 and didn't hire her.

The fact of the matter is, breast augmentation makes MOST women happier with themselves and boosts their self esteem. TitsMcGee speaks from experience and was trying to give advice. HOWEVER, she cannot speak from the experience of a woman who has very small breasts.

The only thing I am going to dignify with a response is this ...

1) If your getting a medical procedure that will likely cost upwards of $5000 out of your pocket, put your health at considerable risk including death (not that thats very likely, but nonetheless a possibility), is COMPLETELY 100% elective, amongst a million other things we have all previously discussed all because you don't like your self.. YOU HAVE A BIGGER PROBLEM THAN SMALL TITS. Spend the money on gettin your head checked and some counseling and learn to love your self for who you are not how big your tits are! Low self esteem is the WRONG reason to get breast implants and undergo all the above mentioned crap....did I MENTION the money would be better spent on a Psychiatrist (our friend here Dr Bongo is obviously one of the opportunistic money grubbing, holier than thou, I'm a dr I know everything and I have a penis so I am beter then you and MUST know better than you do even though I know nothing about you, who doesn't care about all around health, he's probably a cosmetic surgeon) At least a plastic surgeon would agree that when women get boob jobs b/c of low self esteem often their expectations are not met and they are still unhappy... I WONDER WHY!!

And as far as everyone discussing my bra size... no that any of you need an explanation, but they are my avatar b/c I don't like using my face b/c of work... what do u think you see when I take a pic of anything else?? TITS THATS RIGHT! As far as the nickname smart ass its from ANCHORMAN and it was funny.. no one calls me that... try watching a movie instead of beating your meat on here. In regards to my cup size if I did go to an A or B I would look like a MAN and would not be proportionate smart guy. I do plan on going as small as will look natural but right now I am a large FF:eek: So a B is not in my future, although I would be happy if that is what I had. I am very tall, very bodybuilder muscular with very big shoulders.... a b cup would look like I had a mastectomy. I would appreciate you keeping me out of your conversation DR bongo. I feel dumber for having to read all of this and respond to it and I can guarantee I will NOT dignify any future response from you period. I don't think anyone was trying to defend me as opposed to trying to get you to shut your over opinionated arrogant mouth. Good day

The risks for your reduction are the same risks as an enlargement, Tits McGee. Don't you think it would be safer keeping what you have than "risking" a surgery to make your life easier?

no I think the health risk keeping them vs the health benefit getting rid of them is much more of an issue and all of my dr's agree. I'm not reducing them just to make my life easier and its not something I care to discuss with any man or any woman who doesn't deal with the same issue and will never understand the predicament of ladies like myself. There is also my personal belief that putting foreign objects, such as silicone implants, in your body is completely unnatural and not what plastic surgery was intended for.... it's supposed to be re constructive type surgery and, in my opinion, dr's thought they could make a quick buck by doing all these extra superficial bs procedures because of the abundance of women with low self esteem and too much money and they were right unfortunately. Thats just my opinion, but when babies are being thrown in dumpsters, hundreds of thousands of animals are homeless as well as people and our poverty & unemployment levels reach and an all time high... I go volunteer my time and money to help such causes instead of dumping that extra money into a superficial attempt to raise my self esteem and have bigger tits or less wrinkles or whatever.

How are the risks the same when the procedure doesn't involve introducing foreign substances into my body that my body may reject and that will 100% leak (cuz alllll impants do and its a proven fact)?? I know its elective and wound infection and anesthesia concerns are the same, but other than that it's definitely not the same.

I just think that getting a boob job isn't good for the environment. They're made of plastic which ultimately isn't reducing carbon levels, besides which they are completely unnecessary.

Imagine if blokes were to do this? Would women like us to be packing silicone cocks? I think not. We would be laughed at... and should be.

Breast implants, while being costly, are simply a complicated form of bra stuffing (or the male equivalent of putting socks down your pants).

I don't want to judge others... do as you will. But I find them totally unnecessary.

And I feel the same about breast reductions. The scaring is drastic and the breast has that 'surprised' look similar to that of some of the over stretched faces walking around Hollywood...

I love breasts. As do all men. And as the women here could surely appreciate, different men like them in different forms. Some like them small and pert, some like them large and round. Some get turned on by stretch marks, others by fluffy nipples. Each to their own.

But just as many men are accused of being fixated on their penis size, it's the women who have the surgery. Ironic, isn't it? Men are fixated but women have the boob jobs done.

DON'T!

No boob jobs please. No reductions either. For me, and the environment, just keep 'em natural. (You'll be helping maintain the ice caps too).

The Dutch have a saying.... for every pot there is a lid.

Tits McGee... you're my type of lid... others will have their own opinion but that was mine!

Yours in mammary,

Biefstuk
