Do you know of any books where one of the main characters has a small cock? I don't mean SPH or where it's the central focus (although that's OK), just where it's referenced. It doesn't necessarily have to be fiction. They're really hard to find. Tons of books have well-hung heroes; very few have small ones.

Check out the works of John Updike and Philip Roth. Definitely a lot of mentions of dicks by those two guys. (Although Updike almost always uses the word "phallus").

And although I've never read it, Private Parts by Howard Stern presumably falls into this category.

Kurt Vonnegut also made a lot of references to cocks in his novels. He famously described the protagonist of Slaugherhouse-Five, his most famous novel, as having a "tremendous wang". In the novel Breakfast of Champions he provided the penis size (length and diameter) of all the male characters: some are big, some are small.
