I got tired of going swimming and running and having my dick and balls constricted so that they sagged down between my legs. I don't know if other guys do this a lot, but I found I was always having to readjust myself to get a decent profile - I want my tackle to be elevated and compact, not saggy and flat. But I didn't want to buy some enhancing device or trunks - just wanted to look good in what I had.
Well I've managed to do that quite well by retro-fitting my speedos with a support for my equipment that keeps the profile more elevated. Take a look at my before/after photos for a couple of my trunks. What I do is to carefully cut the inner liner away from the outer material, starting at the bottom and cutting up to a height of 3.5" up the legs. Then I fold this flap upwards and reinforce the top of that inner flap (which used to be the bottom) by folding it onto itself and making a seam. The flap should be 2.5" high when you finish, added to 3.5", meaning 6" from the bottom original seam in the trunks. Now sew each side of the top of the flap to the sides where the elastic is and finish by sewing down to make a kind of pocket shape.
When you put them on, you put your balls and cock in the pocket part. The top of the pocket that you had sewn will feel a bit tight under your balls, but is fine when you start swimming. I find my cock/balls get nestled in an elevated position and no matter how much exercise I do, I don't go flat. Also good to wear to keep your profile when running.
