Botox could be the cheat code for faster flaccid gains.
I’ve done PE for years. Last year I picked up some wearable weights and used them on and off thru out the year while standing.
My flaccid size has increased dramatically. Most days I’m 4.5 -5.75 . I was definitely a grower then a shower before . I didn’t measure beforehand but would assume 3-4” soft on a warm day. I also pump and the added weight helps stretch things out.
If Botox relaxes things for a .5” gain, I would bet that using weights at the same time would at least double the gains. The longer you stay in a larger state the easier it is to gain.
The guys that have gotten pmma/HA have also gained flaccid length due to the added weight /enlarged state. Some report .5-1.5 longer flaccid.
People are using botox for have lower hanging balls but I personally like a tight sack to bulge more.
