I take a fiber supplement every day, I just switched to twice a day. I have been taking it once a day and the results
aren't 100% reliable. 2 tablespoons with a cup of water, no weird taste and it mixes and dissolves easily.
It really helps keep things "clean" . I also try to consume a high fiber diet along with the supplement.
