bottoms on blood thinners?

hi guys! are there any bottoms that are taking blood thinners who could share how your sex life changed with that prescription?

I just got prescribed blood thinners for a couple years and maybe longer and I am in my twenties. I have a boyfriend and we usually have a lot of sex and I am a total bottom and he is a total top, but I am afraid this prescription might change our sexual dynamic and my sex life.

Do you guys know if its safe to bottom while taking this medication? I do not know how to ask this question to my doctor, specially living in a homophobic area.

Depends on the blood thinner and the dosage you're taking. But unless you're taking a high dose, it's likely that the greatest impact is if you're bottoming too aggressively or aren't using enough lube, are going too fast and risk a tear or abrasion. Any sort of break in your ass could take a longer time to stop bleeding... so go slowly and if you feel any unwelcome friction you should stop and add more lube.

I guess my first question is, do you bleed frequently from intercourse? If so, you may be doing it wrong. I have been bottoming for a very long time, and I personally have never bled from being fucked. I have from being constipated, but never from sex. I'm not a doctor, but I'd guess that if you use PLENTY of lube, take some time to prepare to receive his penis (aka foreplay), and take it slow, at least for a few minutes until you're relaxed enough to go harder/faster, you should be fine.

hey LIL! thanks for the response! I have never bled from intercourse before, and I agree lube has been my best friend when it comes to bottoming. I guess I am just trying to be super careful with the medication and really didn't know if there was risk or not of something severe. But it seems like there isn't! which is good!!! I'm going to buy so much lube!

Can never have too much lube. If you're barebacking, try coconut oil. My fave lube if not using condoms.
