So I'm a verse bottom and like most bottoms, we all hate the initial steps when it comes to having anal, or so I think? Im someone that doesn't really stick to a particular diet, I simply eat whatever the hell i want and drink. Its always really annoying to have to ''clean'' down there prior to anal. I have a friend that finds it gross to clean and says he doesn't do it. He eats fairly ''healthy'' and works out when he cans. Graphic: I'm of the opinion that certain guys need to clean more than others. I need to douche every time or it's gonna be messy regardless of what I eat and it's been that way from my first fuck. I've been told "don't do that, it causes..." but I've never had any issues like digestion or other miscellaneous ass problems due to enemas and like I said, I've been doing this a long time. I can't say this is true for everyone, just my experience.

I stick to a low carb and low sugar diet to keep my weight in check. Prior to this it was always quite a task making sure everything was clean and I always had that worry that things may get messy. Since changing diet I have no worries and a quick clean and all is well.

That makes sense. Sugar is an inflammatory and makes digestion more volatile.

If I know I'm having sex, I douche, every time. I kind of like the ritual of taking a shower and shaving and douching etc. before sex, also the douching kindof prepares your ass for engagement.
If its surprise sex, then i make sure to warn the guy "I didn't prepare". Then he can decide too, I think most gay guys are fairly used to this happening, tops and bottoms alike. Also if he's wearing a condom then it's easy cleanup just dont take it out after you put it in.

If I know or suspect I'm going to be bottoming, I always clean out. I notice that if I do it 4-5 hours before the event and don't eat anything after, I'm all good. On the few occasions where sex was a complete surprise, I've been clean, but not something I generally want to risk or worry about. Just a few minutes and a simple enema bulb is all that's really necessary. Unless your engaging in some serious anal play, i.e. fisting and long toys, using one of those shower hookups is overkill.

doing a deep cleaning everyday probably is, but just cleaning out the lower area isn't going to harm anything...at least it never has in me and I've been having sex with guys like this for a long time. Consider that active porn stars and escorts have to prepare everyday in the same way.
