I have the opposite issue! haha

The thigh part for trunks and boxerbriefs are 90% of the time so tight on my thighs and they don't loosen up, period :frown1:

I wear Hanes and have the same problem. I've found cotton to be the issue. I have 2 other pairs that are Under Armour type material that do not stretch at all. Think compression shorts that are made to be boxer briefs. One pair is Under Armour and the other pair is BCG, a store brand offered at Academy Sports here in the south.

I had the same problem until I started buying underwear with 5% spandex in them. I like seven for mankind boxer briefs and hanes makes a premium line (I bought them at target) and then the new charged cotton boxers briefs by under armour are awesome!

Anything that is predominetly cotton will stretch out and not get back into shape until you wash and dry it again.

Try cotton blends with spandex, or lycra, or elastane, or microfibre, or silicon...anything that is not 90%-100% cotton based....but it'll cost you money.

You need something with less cotton in it and more fancy stuff...like Lycra, rayon, nylon, etc.

If you don't want to break the bank. I have had some good luck with the C9 line from target. They say tight around your legs all day. As well has champion and CK pro stretch I got from Costco. The Merona brand from Target were good, not too much room in the front but they did have real elastic bands in the end of the legs so they stayed tight all day.

you sound like a briefs man who won't wear them because you think "they're not cool/socially acceptable."

if you like the feel of boxer briefs and don't like them because they stretch out, you're a briefs man

hate to break it to you. hope youre not too devestated

Yep...boxer brief pics show leg area clinging to lower area....I have thuck legs and if I wear FTL box brief....my leggs end up swimming cotton.

I just briefs.

If box briefs get too big....they will serve you well as " a house coat" when cleaning house or longing on lazy weekend.
