Fuck censorship, fuck what offends you, fuck what anybody thinks about what the "normal" sexuality for any given person is. If there are bisexual people in the world, there will be bisexual people in stories. If there aren't bisexual people in the world, there will still be bisexual people in stories. It's going to happen and there's not much reason for anyone to be bothered by it.

I can understand not wanting to hear people say "faggy," but that doesn't mean they aren't allowed to say it or that saying it makes them a bad person. I don't watch the show, my brother told me it was pretty interesting and I might give it a spin, but here's what I've gathered.

1. Some lady starts selling weed to support her family.
2. Silas (THE FICTITIOUS CHARACTER) may be moderately homophobic and/or closed-minded.
3. Minors have sex with each other so nobody gets called a pedophile.

I LOVE Weeds, haven't seen anything past season 1 but seasons 2 and 3 are on my Netflix queue, I think the OP is shouting much ado about nothing. These kind of things (15 year olds being sexual) is a REALITY of the world. IT HAPPENS. I think there's a big difference between portraying reality and promoting something, between art immitating life and life immitating art.

As far as homophobia, there are MUCH bigger battles to fight than a show about potheads using the term "faggot". Honestly that's like saying you care about the rain forest so you're going to protest by not buying paper from Walmart. WTF?? What is that going to solve?

I think we've become WAAAAAY too sensitive in society. EVERYTHING offends us, we too much time being offended, and too many dollars filing frivolous lawsuits that tie up the court sytem, making us more babyish and making lawyers very rich. Boycotting weeds for teen sexuality and using the word faggot is probably weakest, laziest idea of any attempt to bring about change I've ever heard of.
