Those supplements don't necesarily mean you need to be impotent or a write off in bed. I know people who try health food store supplements who work out and are really healthy.

I have had men in 50's, 60s and 70s tell me get on yohimbe and stick with it. And I have.

The others are tribulus which I cycle--8 weeks on, 1 month off and then get back on it again.
