I'm not sure why you're being pedantic really, the terms (section 5) state you agree you shall follow the rules, and it then links to the rules. The rules state you can't post incestuous content (we're not talking about holding hands, you yourself said "I posted a hot video of the twins kissing"). So you've broken the rules and since you've done that you've also broken the term that you agreed to.

A "hot video of the twins kissing" doesn't sound in any way ambiguous.
