Indeed...and you can add to that a couple of marriages and a few other couplings amongst members of this site. There are a fair number of folks here who are genuine, and expect the same from the people they interact with. Personally, I don't think that's too much to ask.

Yes--more than a few people actually *gasp* are what they say they are and expect the same. In the end, I would rather love a person as a friend who is considered a raging asshole by many than to dislike someone based on some fakeness that they perpetuate.

I'm not here to make friends with people with big dicks. My hubby and I have that demographic pretty well taken care of. I like genuine contact with genuine and real people. No more, no less.
