I like his honesty of taking anabolic steroids.
I respect the guys who are honest. It doesn't diminish the fact that they work super hard at the gym. I lose a lot of respect for the guys who lie about it.

He lied about steroid use for years before coming clean.
I wish they would all be honest from the start.
They push impossible standards upon the rest of us. I work our almost every day but my body is nothing like theirs. I also have skinny genes so that doesn’t help. I’ve always been one of those abnormally skinny people at 6’1 and (previously) 138 pounds. I’ve put on some weight through working out and eating a ton (plus drinking 4 protein shakes per day) but my body always wants to go back to its comfort weight of 138 pounds. It just burns up everything instantly all the time.

hey I feel your pain man! It took so much work for me to gain 20lbs. I was around 175-185 but looked like 160ish cause I’m tall. My only advice is count your calories. I always thought I ate a lot but once I started really counting I was only eating 1500-1700 a day but it was just one big meal. Shakes are great to add as a meal replacement but you’ll be better off eating real food ... oh and compound lifts.

Brandon was natural for the first three years but since he wanted to compete two years ago, he started with roids.

some of these guys are just great genetics but honestly most everyone else puts in the work at the gym and watch what they eat. A bud of mine said “I’d rather torture myself an hour in the gym than for several hours in the mirror if I don’t go”

Did he eventually had to admit publicily when signed with Christian Guzman's Alphalete?.
On his channel he said that he had told them but wasn’t public about it and got the ok with them before saying it
