Why do some black people complain when white people do predominantly black community things, such as getting corn rows, wearing a durag (or whatever its called) etc... But its okay for black girls to wear blue contact lenses, wear wigs/hair extensions made from European hair etc.

On the one hand they want equality, and on the other hand they're always pointing out that they're different in some way and no one is allowed to get corn rows, or wear black clothing.

Stop going on about being black and people might stop seeing it. Maybe the next generation of the human race won't see colour if black people stop pointing out that there's a black community and a white community.

Race is what defines Americans. It's the division they thrive on. It's a drug they can't wean themselves off. The rest of the world just watches with bemusement as they try, and fail, to export it to the rest of the world.

Side note; while I think it's wrong to ignore his 1/4 Black heritage, I also agree that the way he presents himself (e.g. making himself appear darker than he naturally is) can be seen as problematic considering for all intents and purposes he looks and is assumedly treated like a white man with all the benefits and privileges that entails.

No one "lost their minds" because a mixed race woman married into the Royal Family. The majority of nations the Queen is Head of State of, have majority black populations and they kept the Queen as a choice, even after becoming independent nations. The fact that you were unaware of the region in which the hair that wigs and extensions are made from calls in to question your wig maker claim. A black person wearing a wig has no bearing on whether they’re proud of their heritage. What does a “European in texture/color” look like ?
