It‘s just weird that he’s having bad acne now in his 20s. Most people get acne during on the onset of puberty and then get progressively better as they age. Some last longer than others even to adulthood unfortunately. He barely has any when he started doing this (19) which says to me he isn’t genetically predisposed to bad acne. He wasn’t an acne pimpled teenager. In fact, he looks like he already past the acne stage in his audition video as do most people at 19-20. That’s when your acne starts to get better.
This sudden onset of cystic acne when he didn’t have any at all just a year ago doesn’t feel like “some acne” to me.
He’s not a teenager.
