I'm officially taking a break, Cause apparently asking someone straight a private question is almost impossible. I really like this site a lot. So far those who have liked my posts, commented or chatted with me have made me feel welcome but the rest of the people i'm trying to be friends with are being cold & distant. I'll be back when I can feel more welcome.

Many members take breaks from the site; each for their own different reason.
You are a relatively new member, so you could not have gotten to know that many people yet; and they could not have gotten to know you yet. It takes time to make friends, few people join; and are instantaneously the life of the party. Just give it time.
LPSG, has spawned many hook ups, however this does not really function like a hook up site. Just because someone is a member / posts photos, this does not imply they are looking for a good time . It also does not imply they are unfriendly., trust me after you get a few dozen private messages ,/ PVT messages with obligatory dick pictures you just stop answering them , unless they are from someone you know. This brings me back to the time thing, it hakes time to get to know people here

Sorry to hear, but sometimes it’s better to sit back and take a bit of a pause.
As @ronin001 implied, this isn’t really a hook-up site. All members have varying reasons to be here and to meet up or chat with members is probably low on the totem pole. Personally I visit a large number of sections and look at whatever thread catches my eye. I rarely, if ever, PM anyone, and if I did, it would not be sexual.

Perhaps you should return after the pandemic that is all in other people's heads and making them cowards (in your own words) is over with.
