You know what I found out that's really good and creamy? Flax milk! And it doesn't settle out like soy milk or almond milk. Doctor said no butterfat either, if you didn't guess. Oats with my crunchy topping or the fruits, and that... very swank.

Mmmm yessss oatmeal. Not the instant stuff either.

Try some Irish Steel Cut Oats, with some Buttermilk, Maple Syrup, and Brown Sugar.

Heaven in a bowl.

Instant Oatmeal's alright in a pinch, but Give me the Steel Cut stuff any day.
