Also PCOS. No lactation. Extremely severe pain with menses, all over my body (uterus, cervix, vagina, back, legs, teeth/jaw-- perhaps from clenching or grinding-- feet, head) but doctors swear my organs are all "normal" even though one said my uterus is big for a woman who has never been pregnant. No endometriosis, but no other diagnosis to explain it either. For a few cycles now, I have had mittlescmertz, which I first mistook for pregnancy. I have always felt my ovulation (follicular release part), but it was never more than a split second. Now it hurts for a week, then PMS starts and that hurts for 7-10 days, then I menstruate, and that hurts for 5-7 days. The result is I'm almost always in pain. I have so much constant and intense pain, I am more aware of not hurting than I am of pain. But no diagnoses. My suffering is always dismissed, never treated, no advice for management. @dolfette, just some woman I used to know online taught me coping strategy. It works, too (tens unit), but no doctor has ever said anything other than to stop taking so many NSAID pain relievers because my liver was getting damaged. They never offerred an alternative, not even a narcotic one. I used to drink liquor and take opiates until I passed out. It was the only "cure". May the universe rain blessings and bliss onto dolfie, wherever she may be.
Anyway. PCOS is a nightmare. If I'm ever pregnant for real, I hope it's a boy.
And again. Never lactated. I'd be okay with lactation, as long as it doesn't hurt.
