Personaly i think its your choice. If we are all honest here?? Which i hope a can be an A cup is quite small. But that does not mean they are not nice! But that is not what the ladie asked :p. TBH she is one of the people who these implants where ment for. And if it gives you more selfesteam or you feel better about your self then im all for you getting what you want done. Just...

1. Dont get adicted to plastic surgery, promiss yourself this the only thing you are getting done.

2. Dont go stupid. A modest B / C cup is all that is required. Please o please dont for silly :)

Hope you find what your looking for!

P.s. remember us men here are the lucky ones :p and men are just the same about there cock size as ladies are about there boobs!

I say celebrate your breasts. I'm a 32B, considered small by many. Long ago, I wished for larger ones, but I don't now. I love that they don't sag or give me back pain. I can wear a bra if I want--or not. If you're a petite woman, small breasts look fabulous. I'm not petite at 5'8", but i'm slender enough that I feel my breasts work for me (so to speak). Take a little time to think about it. You might change your mind. If you don't and you feel this is what will make you happier, then do your research and go for it.

That's a very good point! Smaller breasts are a real advantage as a woman moves through life. Clothes fit better. Less chance of back pain. My wife was a 32B when I met her, she's bigger now but even in her mid-60's she can get away without wearing a bra and she still maintains "perkiness".

All those natural enhancement pills will just make you fat. Seriously. You will gain weight everywhere. But you'll have bigger boobs. Of course, it's possible, that if you keep your pects strong, the extra faty tissue in your boobs won't neccesarily look droopy. And then you could get lyposuction anywhere where you don't think the extra flesh is appealing, but that goes back to surgery. My best friend tried several different pills. They all seemed to work the same way. She eventually switched from pills to cake and pasta. Her breasts are bigger, but so is her gut. Now she's unhappy about that.

At the end of the day, I think we all have to figure out new ways of seeing ourselves. Like, I used to think I was very ugly. One day I looked at the same face, in the same mirror and was surprised by how pretty I was. So maybe it's a matter of open-mindedness, and being fair to ourselves, and maybe its a matter of mind over matter. Have you considered hypnosis? I'm not kidding. I would consider hypnosis. It's natural, and utterly harmless.

I wouldn't put any trust in pills, they're a fraud just taking advantage of insecurities. Implants are probably the only sure way to go, but be sure to do your research and be 100% confident with the facility and doctor performing the surgery because there are risks.

Frankly I do think it's better to learn to accept your body and find other ways of improving it - exercise, for instance. If breast enlargement is really the only thing that will improve your self-image, then more power to you, but seriously breast size isn't nearly as important as you might think.

I agree.
In my view, the most important part in a woman is the lower body. If you have a small waist ( if not, sit ups and running will do ) and nice wide hips, toned legs ( mild strong, feminine) , round butt ,that is what I look in a girl. I will accept any breast size. But the lower body, that is my thing.
Nothing beats nice hips, waist, butt ,and calves ...... I see a lot of women w implants, but their lower body is not up to par.

It all depends on how old you are as well. WHile some women get larger breasts after pregnancy some will actually end up with smaller ones afterwards. If you are a young adult give yourself time redisposition of body fat might do it for you. I know a lot of women want to get boob jobs but I always say wait and see. At 20 I was a 34B now I am a 42D and want my old boobs back! Although I notice the cut of clothes are cut for higher placed chests than those that occur natuarally, making me think they assume there are a lot more false chests out there.
What women have to realize is how to make the best of what they have I have known exotic dancers with tiny chests who were much ore sexy than their companions with false chests and after taling with them most of the time it was their comfort with themselves and knowing how to make the most of what nature gave them!

I have heard of a breast augmentation/reconstructive surgery that many women who have had a mastectomy use, but I'm not so sure that could be considered an applicable alternative to artificial enlarging.

Yeah, I was kidding around.

But seriously though, when/if you do get pregnant, and especially if you breast feed, your boobs will get much bigger. And when it's over they'll shrink but not all the way back to the original size. My wife was an A cup when we met. Now, after two boys, she's a healthy C.

This doesn't work this way for everyone. I breastfed for 17 months and six months after that I ended up smaller...which was great, no more thoughts of reduction!

I seriously had no tits whatever until I started birth control when I was 18. I attribute my perky perfect pillows to this!

I'm not on it anymore (it makes me fucking bi-polar...wtf?) but even when I switched brands several times, I'd notice a huge difference in my breast size. They'd swell up like fucking balloons, sometimes a full cup size bigger depending on the time of the month or the brand I was taking.

There ARE drugs on the market that increase breast size that aren't birth control pills. Ask you doctor, man. Sometimes the effects are permanent, like mine. Sometimes not. Your tits are always going to be changing size and shape throughout your life though.

I know it's not really what you want to hear, but my vote is also for "stay natural and teach yourself to love them."

Just a hint, though: when I started playing a lot of racquetball, after a couple of months I noticed that my right pec (I'm right-handed) started getting noticeably larger than my left, just because I tended primarily to use that muscle to swing at the ball. Heheh, I tried playing left-handed from time to time to balance it out.

It won't take you from an A cup to a D cup, but you may consider going to the gym and spending a lot of time working your pectorals. Even a slight increase in the muscle size may give enough increase to boost your confidence.

I did not read all of the posts but it seems that most are against it. So here is my confession. One year ago, I decided to take the plunge and get implants for my 34A's. I only wanted to go a little bigger, B cups, but the surgeon convinced me otherwise. He stated that since I am tall, I would look more proportionate with a larger cup. With hesitation, I did go up to a medium C (and am now 36C). Now I am thrilled with them as they by no means look big on my body and if I had wanted to, I could have still gone a little bigger. The only issue I still have is the scars (he went under the breast) and since I am fair skinned, will take longer to heal. But overall I am very happy with them. Don't get me wrong, I wrestled with this decision for years and every person's situation and reaction is different, but I figured that I would share my story.
