Also, not to beat the horse to death, but most intelligent/educated non-Tourist straight guys in L.A. with ANY connection to the entertainment industry, proudly have MANY gay male friends that they're not secretly bonking or fantasizing about. Also, in truth, the old "gay or European" joke could be accurately reworked to "gay or LA". You can't survive in LA if you don't subscribe to the "always be camera ready fit and pretty" lifestyle. They'll eat you ALIVE for an extra 1% bodyfat or for not being perfectly groomed. So most LA-based straight men with any intentions of being in front of a camera will look, to the outside world, like a typical gay muscle boy.
