As a side note, I've seen Orthodox Jews outside the local Mosque, I often think that peace on Earth has the potential to be started there...if we blacks don't shoot up the place first!

If we were to adopt the Midland dialect in the UK we would all speak Brummie / Black country

In a recent poll of businesses (I will try my best to find it again) Brummie and Scouse came out as the least likeley accent a boss would trust.


Please note Brum and the 'Black Country' are two different areas and have two completely different accents!!

No I don't believe that crap about perceived trustworthyness either.

I have been living with an untrustworthy midlander from Telford for 9 years.

I do wish he would lose that untrustworthy accent though.
